Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared in my workshop before shipping.

• Processing times : Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Carriers used : La Poste
• Delivery costs : Free and in France only.
• Tracking : A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment so you can track your order in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the option to return an item if it does not suit you.

• Withdrawal period : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
• Return Conditions : Parts must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-measure creations cannot be returned.
• Refund : Refund will be made within 7 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
